Week 2 Goals


As you may remember from this post, I have started trying to reorganize and define my workout goals. Week 1 didn't go as well as I had hoped, but I'm not going to get discouraged, and plan on knocking this week out! So here are the goals for Week 2:

Week 2 Goals (Monday January 31st – Sunday February 6th)
  • Do “Shred It”  Wednesday & Friday morning
  • Be mindful of sweets/over indulgences
  • Gym Tuesday & Thursday morning; run 2 miles consecutively AT LEAST 1 morning{might not sound like much to some of you, but I get bored and so this is a challenge}
  • Saturday; Shred It...Sunday; gym
I've decided to do an 8K in March so the whole running thing really has to get going! So wish me luck this 2nd week.
